Freire enlightens his readers into two different views of education; banking education and problem-posing education. These two approaches are on opposite ends of the educational spectrum. Banking education describes the student as a bank that the teacher is depositing knowledge into. In this form of education students are hoped to retain all the education that the teachers is presenting. Problem-posing education differs in the way that students gain information. This method is more creative and explorative. For Pakistan however, the problem is getting these children into the classroom to begin with.

Most of us can agree that some children need more help than others when it comes to learning and education. As the population of children with disabilities grows, so should the effectiveness of our plan of action. The way the system is set up, no child is eligible for special attention without the consent of the parent. In these cases, the child is not allowed to enter into special education programs and are forced to continue going to school and sitting in class without receiving the help and attention they deserve. A child should not be punished because of the lack of academic support they receive from their parents.
Another problem that the group thought of was the lack of parental education on the FCD. Parents of LEP students, who are not aware of it and the programs it provides, are not able to make sure that the school is enforcing the decree and providing their students with the programs.
